Hello, Dave here. I am the current and only owner of a 1986 VFR700F2. The bike is currently apart undergoing restoration. I racked up about 93,000 miles before I pulled the bike apart a year ago. The motor is in great shape and will begin reassembly soon. My plan is replace all that I need to replace to get the back to excellant condition. Some of the body work needs to be replaced and I'd like to get rid of the stock exhaust. I did do the CBR-F2 wheel conversion, but otherwise the bike will remain stock. I'll post pics when I can. I currently ride a 98TL1000R and 03 GSXR1000 until the VFR is back.

Welceom to the group, Dave. Looking forward to seeing pics when the resto is complete. :thumb: We aren't Radio Shack, but if we don't have an answer we can probably find it. hehe
