Some of you might remember that one of my OEM saddlebags (for a 6th Gen) fell off on the day I bought my bike, and the story about getting it repainted. Was able to glue the Interceptor decal back on but the reflector was trashed. Since it was just the reflector and not the "housing" for it I figured getting another one would not take long, but this was not to be the case. After a fairly extensive search the only answer I was getting was that no separate parts are available for the bags. Found out that Givi made them and tried them directly -- no luck. A company called Stanley (not THE Stanley) out of Japan makes them, but searching their web site for a decent contact did not turn up anything. I've made requests on this forum and have been looking on eBay with no luck.

Then one day I had the bright idea of just sticking the part number into Google (not sure why it took me so long to think of that). A listing came up for Art and the Motorcycle. Almost passed it by (how would something like that have a reflector), but I did not, and my search was over. Someone had made a set of reflectors into "art". Sadly to say these masterpieces will be sacrificed for the greater good of my saddlebag. Went onto the site after I ordered and the listing was gone, so to my knowledge I really lucked out in finding the only replacements out there.

But without further ado, I give you reflector art before it is destroyed forever...

I consider myself more artistically cultivated than I was a few seconds ago. Thanks!
