Are Gen Mar risers safe?

    I put a set on my 99, they seem to work well, no more numb hands for me. But the handlebar sticks up past the fork tube, is this reduced contact on the fork tube safe? I'm thinking of just getting some heli bars for piece of mind. Or am I worrying over nothing?:confused:

    They are fine. I rode mine for several years with no problems. Sold them last year and bought HeliBars.
