Help!!! Today my '99 starts burning fuse 10 A (turn lights , horn , brake light) when I apply any brake front or rear! I tried same thing 4 times. Any idea??????? Thanks:frown:
You've got a dead short somewhere! Check all wires going to all brake switches. Foot and right hand. Check all sockets and bulbs. I'm guessing you will find two bulbs in the tail light. You may try removing them one at a time and see what happens. But the most likely scenario is you have a wire that has rubbed through for some reason and is shorted directly to ground. Good luck and let us all know what you find!
Problem solved , no more burning fuses....... Problem was in connectors on front brake switch , one connector was touching handle bar.... Thanks everyone!
