As I am new to this forum and generally don't like talking about me I have not added to the conversations.
However, I just have to share my happiness with adding a Power Commander III USB and O2 eliminators to my 01 Viffer. The PC maps have transformed the bike from great to awesome. The Staintune pipe and one tooth lower on the front sprocket combine to smooth the power and make the throttle transitions flawless.
Also the torque seems smoother thoughout the entire rpm range, smoother idle as well. And the exhaust tone is deeper it seems, maybe thats just my imagination at work, whatever I just gotta say that in all my looooong years of riding, this unit rocks. Everything else in the garage is just gathering dust now. Sorry Triumph triple, Ducati Monster and my K75S BMW but I got a new mistress now.
I wanted the gear drive series VFR as the noise and the power delivery are better (IMHO) than all the VTEC models I rode before buying this immaculate low km blue model. Now that it runs the way it should have from the factory I am one happy camper. That and the incredible tone from the Staintune exhaust.
Thats my rant, gotta go ride bye..........

    corrected

Right, the 3's in the garage do get road time, just returned from a business trip Victoria to central BC over the Coast Range and every back road possible and the bike of choice was the K 75 S bags and ABS. Relaxed and reliable on both gravel and freeways at 80 mph. 1690 km later and I am glad I took the Brick.
The Triumph is good for town, wheelies and backing into corners
Oh yeah, note the picture of the Viffer.....
