    Hello,

I in WA too, not far from you. Phil the chef and RosscoV8 also around Perth.

Just getting back into things and finding my way around. Got my bike delivered about a month ago, so good to get back on her, just in time for the rain.

Give me a shout if you fancy a ride out anywhere. Struggling to find friends with bikes. over here.
Might have to swap it for a 4x4 at this rate.

    MArk

I ride to places like Toodyay, York, etc when weather is fine and I'm able to get a leave pass (not often in winter as youngest has soccer on Sundays). Also there is a Honda Riders group that ride the first Saturday of each month leaving from the The Honda Shop in Midland, (there is one tomorrow, meeting at 9:45am leaving at 10am - usually a brisk pace set but there is a middle and tail end if you wish to take it easy. Usually this ride is posted up on the PSB (Perth Street Bikes) forum so may be worth your while joining PSB as there are a lot of rides organised by people on the forum and all forum members are welcome.

Surprised anyone would sell their VFR for something else! Every time I ride my VFR it brings a smile to my face. In fact I could afford almost any bike on the market, but cannot see one machine that would make it worth my while to change mounts. Triumph Sprint? - no improvement here, BMW 1200S? - stupid indicators and don't like shaft drive. Can anyone suggest a replacement??

As a result I keep the VFR and just buy "supplementary" bikes - Have 2 dirt bikes now - a motard may be next.

I wish my budget extended to owning more than 1 bike.
Unfortunately i made a decision and regretted selling the VFR, it suited the type of riding i did, and still do today.
With that said, I'm keeping the DRZ as it's a hooligan bike and I've modded it to suit me.
