Happy Fathers Day!!

I've got 2 boys (age 4 and a newborn) and just wanted to take a minute to say Happy Fathers day to all you other dads out there. I've started off my Father's day by waking up at 2:30am to feed and change the diaper of my 7 week old son Adam. You don't even want to imagine the gift he gave to Dad in his diaper LOL! So what kind of gifts did you other dads score??

Not sure what I'm getting from my 2 little devils (8 and 5).
But they were packing some "secret" present for me last night. lol.

My son is 17 and my daughter is 14. I usually just ask them to make me cards. =)

Unfortunately, this year I am stuck in California. We will have to make it up when I get back.

 

I am so loving my vasectomy.

It's the only improvement you can make to your body without exercise or diet!

Happy Father's Day to everyone. My 4 year old daughter gave me an early wake up present at 8 this morning. They just keep on giving... As for the snip and tuck thing... If I start shooting blanks it'll be from natural causes not from some knife wielding doctor, thank you.

 

My two year old came in and "snuck up" on me with a card she made and a big loud SURPRISE!!! Now we are eating coffee cake that the SO made... as far as the vasactomy comment goes.....well thats your choice Mark......Glad you made it. ... thats totally cool.Glad YOU are helping control the population. If you don't want kids great job at not having them enjoy your life.....But why post to a Fathers day thread? I would like to know , start a thread on gettting snipped....

My boys are now 18 and 16, they have been the best thing that has ever happened in my life. Todays gift from the 18 year old is to help him change the clutch and rear main seal in his 82 Toyota P/U. I do this gladly, first to have some one on one time with him, its getting less and less. Second, it's so he can get to his first job monday morning (there is a god!). Mark, I commend you desision, but I do feel a sorry that you will never fee the joy of having kids, nothing better in this life.

I've got my 3 sons doing Sunday chores (usually left to me) and my daughter's waiting on me hand and foot.
Great kids...that said, great vasectomy a few years ago, too (my wife and girlfriends are much happier all around).

 

I look back at my short, 56 year life, and I realize that the only important thing I've done is being a dad. My son and daughter are adults now, I have two beatiful grand-daughters to spoil, and life is very good. Happy Fathers day to all of you awesome VFR dads. I hope each and every one of you has a wonderful day with your family.
