Well I went and looked at the 2002 Red VFR with 1800 miles on it, and it was everything I dreamed off. I took her for a test ride and $5k later we are married. Bry
Wow, she hasn't even been broken in yet!!! Take good care of her and she'll last you a long long time. Welcome to the madness! Does she have any mods yet? Regards, Rollin
One more thing....Please post your location in your profile so that fellow member can harass you into going on some group rides. Regards, Rollin
Welcome to the asylum! You'll find plenty of great info and people here(as well as plenty of :bs: and :loco Pull up your hip boots and dive right in!
The bike even looks new. Considering the mileage and condition, I think you got a pretty good deal. Welcome and enjoy your new ride.
Thanks all! I have been snooping around here for the last couple of months and have liked what I see. I just ordered the corbin gunslinger. Luggage is next. After that I want bar risers. The guy I bought the bike from was anal, but never got his license so he just rode it around town. Actually did the recall on the electrical even. I know it was going to be a good thing when he pulled out his air gauge before he let me take it for a test ride. I am almost 40 years old and am still feeling like a little kid with a new toy. I keep finding reasons to take it out for a ride and I don't have it registered or inspected yet. Cheers Bry
Nice............. I paid $7600 (Aussie $$) for my 2000mdl with 37,000 on the clock. At Christmas time. And that was a pretty good deal here. But I think you got a beauty. Well done. You are going to love it.
Congratulations and welcome to the VFR madness. There is no escape! I've had my 07 for nine months, and I ride it every chance I get. Ride safe my friend.
