Going to Carson city for lunch June 20th, mainly sport bikes and some cruisers. Reds 365 restaurant I think is the name. Leaving from Starbucks on Monte Vista (Target shopping center) in Turlock, CA at 7:30am sharp Anyone is welcome to join, going to be a pretty large group ride. Should be a lot of fun and many different makes of bikes.
Sierra Mountain Road Rally I Yonan, If you haven't already, check out the thread entitled North East Cali Cruise (aka: Sierra Mountain Road Rally I). Some guys from Sactown (Toecutter, Bweiss, etc.) are coming down to Sonora Friday night the 19th and we'll leave Sat morning the 20th. We're going to be leaving Sonora on the 20th around 7 a.m. and head over Sonora Pass, Highway 108 to Carson City to meet Drewl from Susanville. We're going from there to his house and coming down the Feather River Canyon via Quincy to Sacramento on Sunday. What route are you guys taking to Carson City? If you're going Sonora Pass, we can wait for your group. If not, we can hook up in Carson City. You're welcome to join us from there to Susanville and back on Sunday? Let me know what's up. Sixweeds
Thanks, looks like we will be a couple hours behind you guys. We are planning on eating lunch at Reds 365 and then turn around head home. I'll keep an eye out for you guys though. I think there will be my 86 an 07 RWB in our group. Ride safe.
Sorry I was on my way out the door, last message I left. I didn't put it together but this is the info I have. . Our ride will take us over Sonora Pass through Bridgeport connecting with 395. Then north to Carson City. Our trip back will be via highway 88 connecting with 49 then home. Looks like I'll be the only VFR, along with a ST1300, CBR1000rr, couple of Buells and maybee a couple of cruiser bringing up the rear. Gotto go return some gloves to Cycle Gear.
Central California Cruise Yonan, We're going the same route to Carson City. Planned to leave a little earlier, though, but that can change if you want us to wait for you all. My place is right on the way 1 mile off of Highway 108 in Sonora. The more the merrier. We're going all the way to Susanville and you're welcome come along. In fact, if your entourage is willing, you can come up...all or some and spend the night Fri and leave on Sunday. Go to the Northern Cali Cruise thread and read from the beginnng to see what we've planned. If nothing else, we'll see you in Carson City if your group doesn't want to change plans. We're totally flexible...and hospitable. Mi casa es tu casa... I'm going into the high country tomorrow am on horseback for three days and won't be out until Wednesday pm.
