    ya...it's probably in here somewhere.....i did search..

    Will a R/R from a 2000 plug into a 1999 bike & work?

    Just looked in the service manual and I'm not seeing any notes about the differences in the '99 to '00 years. So all systems are go!

    different part number, but i think they will plug in & bolt down ok.....

    i was trying to make a fedex cut-off.

    No - the '00-'01 are different - it has an extra connection. You would have to figure out a splice. If you go look into part numbers theres one for '98-'99s and one for '00-'01s -- Thats about as much as I can spew. To get down to the absolute nitty gritty - ask Tightwad of Wire My Bike
