Hi and can anyone help with availability of genuine decals and stripes for the 83 vf750f. Would like to replace mine and was wondering wether to go original(if available) or just repaint the whole bike. Any thoughts?

I checked their arent any cave paintings of the 85. There was a bike but it had square tires. The 1st gen was not the first bike, it was the first superbike. :ninja:

Nice work kundalini and great defence of the first gen's. I agree completely :) No caves here in Oz as were not much older than the first gen vf's haha.

I have a pair of interceptor decals that are for the 1st gen vf500's. Would those be of any use to you? If they are I'll send them to you for the cost of postage as I won't be putting them on mine. Hope this helps.

Sorry I don't Matt. I also have the belly pan (white) that is a bit scuffed and does not have the decals and may be willing to part with some fairings the person I'm buying it from had painted red to match the bike that would cover the engine. If anyone wants the belly pan they can have it for the cost of shipping and if I decide to part with the fairings it will be the same.
