Hello all, I am Proud to say that this morning I picked up my 2002 VFR. It is a one owner bike with 8300 miles on it. Dealer serviced by the book and equipped with Staintune mufflers, bar risers, Gel seat and brand new Dunlop tires. I put 100 miles on it today and I am Totally Stoked! I look forward to participating here and hope to learn a lot about these bikes. Any tips or cautions that I should be aware of?
I'm sure you will enjoy her. How's about some pics! You asked about cautions....I always forget what years had the regulator/rectifier issues might want to check into that.
Recall... Porcupine, The bike was recalled for "Upper wiring harness" upgrade. The previous owner had it done at the dealer. Is this what you are talking about?
