Where is the hole located, and what is the size??

Honda puts a small hole at the bottom of the pipe a few inches in front of the muffler to drain water out .....

The rust can be removed..... if you attack it with any of a variety of methods used to remove rust, duh!

you can try a muffler shop... they can weld up the hole or rework the rusted out part..

    good luck
