I discovered this morning my TM right end was gone:frown: It must of came lose and I failed to check it.
I can't find anything that looks good like TM.I don't mind simple brushed aluminum bar ends but most say just Honda and not specific VFR800 5th gen.I am assuming the threaded part is the same for most Hondas but not sure.
Throttlemeister wants 105+shipping for single bar end piece which really put a dumper on my mood...

Anyone has a TB right side that can sell me for reasonable amount or suggest brushed aluminum bar ends?

Looks like you lost just the end but not the bar insert? Hm I am going to have to put that loctite on mine. Not sure about the 5th gen, but the 6th gen for the throttlemeister you had to remove the factory bar insert on the right side to put in the throttlemeister insert, so you might need a new insert as well if switching to something other than a throttlemeister end?

That sucks to have that much money just fall off. I wonder if someone swiped it? Good luck finding a replacement.

Sorry to hear Rubo, but as porcupine mentioned, TM's do ship with a little bottle of loctite. also, it seems very unlikely it would just fall off without you noticing it loosening. i mean the alan screw that holds it in is a finely threaded 10mm x 26mm bolt. i wonder if drewl's got a point about the theft.

Damn if you would have the black version we could make that work. I'm in need of a new left side.

I end up buying just an end piece from TM without the mechanism.I hardly used it anyway.
    Paid 25
I like that bulky solid aluminum. It can become handy in tip over. Thanks for suggestions.I doubt anyone stole it.If someone wanted to steal might as well take both sides and the mechanism as well.I think it just came loose.Lessen learned...
