    Fuel

Neckutters bike just had an issue like this and was bad fuel pump, would run fine until pump got hot. Had spare in attic and problem solved. Had one a couple of years ago with junk in bowl screens and would run for a short time and die , but would restart after sitting for a few minutes. The tank was clean but bugs were in fuel system and plugged it up . Tank had sat open at some time . You need to dtermine if it is fuel and check relay operation , fuel pump operation and delivery to carbs and possibly bowl screens as they may have been plugged when new fuel was sent down lines.

Like he said, check fuel tank for rust and maybe replace main fuel filter if it is clogged.

An easy check is to open the float bowl drain screws and look for rust dust there.

Pulse generators (aka, pick-up coils) will sometimes be OK when cold but fail as soon as engine reaches temperature.

It could also possibly be a clogged or obstructed tank vent hose.

    fuel cap

I dont know if this an issue where you are at but in California our gas caps are not vented and the tanks are and out of state tanks are vented through the cap. Non vented gas cap on non vented tank will cause the bike to stop running after enough fuel is pumped out of it, when cap is opened you can hear the air rush in if that is the problem.
