    Hey gang!

I am considering the LV or TwoBros slip-ons for my 6th gen. I really want to know how loud they are? I don't want a race bike (been there, crashed that). I just want to open it up a bit without being obnoxious or waking folks up as I idle out of the neighborhood at 4:30AM. Honestly, I would probably leave the decibal killers in. Just a little more depth to the sound and I would be happy. I know this is subjective, but I'm looking for opinions. So, is an aftermarket too much more if I just want a little more depth? Thanks and ride safe.

PS. Feel free to post pics of your TwoBros installations. I would like to angle the cans a bit rather than the flat install I see most often. Has anyone tried to angle the cans a bit with the outboard sides a bit higher than the inboard (ala Ducati 916/996/998)? Thanks.

If you leave Power tips in, the 2 Bro's VALE system is pretty mellow. I work all hours and I'm able to idle into the garage with out disturbing anyone sleeping in the house. My neighbor rides and I've asked him if he ever hears me. He said the only time he notices is late at night if the windows are open. Even then he said it's not loud. You can check my gallery to see some pic's. As a side note they sound really good with a set of catless headers.

Thank you. This is the information I am looking for. I looked at your gallery and was wondering.....could you rotate your cans a bit to make them slant down toward the inside or does the system go on only one way? Also, how do you like your Delkevic headers? They are new and fairly inexpensive and I am wondering what your opinion is? Did you have a custom map made for your setup? Thanks a lot and ride safe.

I have a micron exhaust, and its not very loud. At least not compared to straight-piped. I have heard the two bros system, and I think the micron is quieter.

Are all Two Brothers a single with a fake can, or do they make a duel exhaust for the six gen? Also, does going from a duel exhaust to a single exhaust system change the performance any?

Inceptorrider - I don't think you could rotate the cans because of the way the can connects to the mid pipe. I like the Delkevic headers. They were a bitch to get fitted right but I've heard others have had the same problem with the Motad's. I'm using a map I downloaded from VFRD. It's set up for catless headers and is running great. I will probably get a custom map by the end of the summer just to make sure I'm getting the most out of my set up.

Scorip - yes, both the Stash and the VALE system only have one can active. 2 Bros claim that the single can gives you the best performance. Personally, I don't know if a dual can system would give you any advantage or not. They all have to run through a single mid pipe and my can is a straight through design so I don't see how you could get much more flow through a dual can system. I would say choose the system that you like the looks of the best.
