I am looking for a after market exhaust systems featuring highmount or "shorty" muffler styles. I want a muffler system that will not infringe the view of the single mount swing arm while adding performance.

I am also inquiring as to wether in can use straight mount bar ends instead of the VFR traditional sport touring bar ends.

I checked out this web sight in this forum and found some great deals on fairings for 3rd gen.
Motorcycle fairings, bodywork, fairing, seat, lower, fender, race tail, race body, rear hugger, fuel tank, air box, custom fairing and cafe racer;.

after market exhaust is getting scarce for the 3rd gen. I'd say buy a 4th gen can, and then get a muffler shop ( do it yourself if you have the tools and knowledge) to make a mid-pipe and mount it either high or low, just bend the mid pipe so it will fit as you want it.
