Fixed the SURGING while light accelerating that I had! Im really starting to like this bike now that it runs smooth, could not stand the way it runs stock at all. With the o2 eliminators came a description of my issue. Basically the sensors lean the gas out too much below 30% throttle and the bike runs like crap. Take the sensors out of the loop and add a PC with generic slip on map and GOLDEN. No need for dyno either, runs fine and no evidence yet of running rich or anything like that. Vtec improved as well. No lag before and less flat in the high rpms. SATISFIED, now I just ride it.

That's exactly how I felt after I did mine, too. It rides now like the bike Honda should have made in the first place.

Yea, the only thing I didnt do yet is the K&N. You try it without the filter by any chance, notice a difference? I bet the Pilot powers make a big handleing difference as well, those come later this summer after I pound the BT's to death, lol.

I haven't noticed any difference with the K&N filter, but I didn't really expect any either. When I saw the price of an OEM filter I figured K&N was the way to go since it's reusable.

On my 2nd set of PP tires and love them but will try either the BT 021 or the Pilot Road II next time around.

What kind of Remus pipes did you go with? Carbon fiber, aluminum, etc? Those are nice looking pipes.
