    Guess it depends why you add a PC3, Staintunes have similar back pressure to stock so advertise they do not require re-jetting / chipping like maybe a Race only end can might. Some add PC3 to dial out the lean out emissions stumble and smooth the VTec engagment but not everyone has issues with these and the listed already has O2 eliminators.

    From Staintune site:
    " ...STAINTUNE exhaust systems are developed from a stock configured bike for real world street riding conditions, rather than full-throttle riding on a heavily modified race bike. Remember that every bike always starts out as a stock bike.

    Re-jetting or chipping is not needed with STAINTUNE exhausts. "

    I believe that refers to leaving the baffle in as well(close to stock back pressure)
