I DO I DO!!! I just replaced mine Wednesday. Posting in a sec.

Here are the pics and info, sorry took so long. Installation of a Dunlop 150/70v-18 tire. 87 VFR 700 F2

    Pre assembly. Old tire.

New tire, getting work area ready.

Get the tire ready, put on the gear, and break rotor.

Set tire into place. And put the break caliper bracket into place.

check alignment on Gear side, and install the wheel adjustment brackets.

I supported the bike with two jack stands, a floor jack under the center knuckle, and some wood and kick stand for added protection. (Note the chain? Guess who has to take the tire back off yet, and doesn’t realize it yet)

gear and axle grease for the Gear side bushing, and pack the inside of the bearing, there is a groove inside there to keep an amount of grease for continued operation after installation.

ok, so it’s a crappy picture, but grease up the rotor side bushing as well. Don’t forget that grease groove again!

Yay! Ghost has remembered to put that dam chain on correctly. *cheers to Ghost!*

Sadly, another poor photo, but shes all ready to go now.

Looks like a Pirelli Sport Demon. I've got a set on my bike. Didn't know you could go bigger than 140/70. Didn't know you could get that tire in a 150/70. I'd be interested to hear how the bike handles with a 150/70.

    100% correct.

I can tell you I noticed a big difference right away! I dont know yet if its good or not, but the result is still...

the rear feels lighter. quicker and sharper for responsiveness. could be good or bad. before, I would lean, steer, and flow nicely into a turn. Now, (and part of this is the newness of the tire), but once the angle of the bike looses 90°...and I mean at the very second I go, the bike grips hard, and I'm turning. Quick response, and sharp. I am more used to a flow style of this bike, rather than the quick deliberate and distinctive sharp movements.

As I said, I'm not sure if this is good or bad yet. I am gonna put about 500 miles on it this weekend. I will report back afterwards.

As I told ghost ealier today ( he went from a 80 side wall to a 70 to offset tire profile change)
if you go two sizes bigger you should not ride the edge of tire ( drag your knee ) you will go down as I found out by going two sizes up on my FZ 700.
if you want to drag your knee stick to stock size, going bigger changes tire profile.

judging from what my observations are, I believe 02 to also be 100% correct. even though I maintained the aspect ratio, I understand whats going on. the bike responds sharper and thus turns with a smaller radius at a higher angle... if this is indeed true, then the NEED to drag my knee is eliminated, as now the tire compensates for the angle required to achieve the small turn radius.

Ghost just want to make clear not ragging on you or bashing you.
You did do the research and kudos for that and going w/ a smaller side wall. but I hate to see someone do that mod and learn the hard way Like I did and crash thier bike.
as you have ( or soon will ) find out that it will tip in much faster then stock tire due to profile change -It will be fine on the street unless you ride the side wall IE "chicken strips" if this is the case I would not recomend it.
