Hello Jim. Well, if you wanted to do it yourself (as some members have), you could carefully remove the seat cover, carefully shave the seat of however much foam that you want, and carefully recover it. There are lowering kits available (some kinda $$$$), and other tricks to do, but shaving the seat will not be changing your bikes handling like other options may.
