Used search function, but only came up with new fuse panel installs. Looked in manual, couldn't find it. I'm trying to pop out my fuse panel on '96. It has a bracket arm going up under front cowl. Screw heads near it are actually blocked by the side of the box itself. Does the fuse block pop out with a plastic tab? I've already broken a plastic tab while futzing with removing something and don't want to do it again. Can anyone describe (I know it is tough) how to get fuse block out? Want to look at connectors on back. Attack bracket? Just sending me in the right direction will solve my problem. Thanks.
Remove fuse cover, get very small thin screwdriver, look down between fuse box and the inside bracket. In the center you will see a tab that needs to be pressed towards the fuse box. While pressing it in lift up on box. Wala
That's what I thought I saw... You are the man! Thanks for taking a minute to put me on the right path. I thought I saw a little tab situation down there.
I wish I didnt know how they came off.....but after a few crashes and rebuilds you learn these things....
