Hello I am from Salt Lake City (notice the screen name). Anyway I am comming back to the vfr (interceptor) World. I currently have a VTX1300C which will be getting traded in for a new black 06 VFR this week!!!. I had one of the first interceptors the 750 back in 84, man that was a sweet bike!! Anyway I am looking to getting a lot of information from the board and hopefully getting to know some of you. I would like to ask is are there any good threads to be reading before I get the bike? How about any good recomendations or info about the bike before I get it and get back in the saddle? Well nice to be here and looking forward to lots of good chat and info.

Welcome... up at the top you'll see a drop menu that says search menu, before long, you'll probably want to check the 'which after market pipe?' thread, the 'which oil thread?' The 'Who makes the best seat thread?' and the 'aftermarket windscreen' thread just to name a few fairly popular ones. You might also want to look at the 'where to have VFR gathering thread' or how far would you drive for a VFR gathering or something like that... Welcome, you'll see me around the board. Hey sodium. I just moved from SLC (Draper) 2 years ago. You're in nice country for riding and have a bike more suited for your surroundings now. I would suggest heading up American Fork canyon and doing the loop with your new toy. I miss the west! Enjoy!
Well it is official!!! I just plunked down the money to order the bike and it will be here by the end of the week!! I am very excited!! Vlad you are right the VFR is a better bike for here, with all of the mountains and nice rides close it will be great!!
