    Shoei RF 1000 Voyager.
    I was gonna go with the solid yellow at first, then I saw the detail and accents on the Voyager. I put it on lay-away in early December, then my wife gave me money for Christmas. I put that together with some extra cash I made at a side job and ran down to pick it up today. I feel like a kid with a paper route who had to save for months to buy something he has drooled over. I love the fit of this lid, just right.

    bright ass yellow. The one downside I've experienced with this helmet was that it got foggy real easy. The breath guard it came with didn't help hardly at all, but with a Fog-City insert, that problem is all gone.

    I currently have a Scorpion EXO-400 Tsunami. One of those "oh by the way, you have to throw in a Snell helmet in" deals. It is a pretty good lid but extremely loud on my gen 6. I would go so far as to say "booming". If I put my hand under my ears it goes away. It has something to do with the turbulent airflow under the windscreen. If I crane my neck up above the screen it is actually very quiet, go figure. Not a bad lid and when you factor in the price it is a great value. The shield is actually very effective at reducing or eliminating fogging Yay!, but the first detent a bit is to high for defogging, boo. If you are looking for a great safe second lid this is worth looking into. Being a Shoei snob from way back (when vents were a great new idea) I decided to go look what they had for the current models and I wasnt totally satisfied with what I felt on my melon so when went over to their arch nemisis (Arai) and found that I really liked the leftover RX-7 Corsair, so this is my new lid. By the way guys if you have the intermediate oval head shape and just gotta have the higher end features on the RX-7 better get em before they are gone because the Corsair V is different shape so you will be stuck with the Vector.     It's a great helmet (Caberg Justissimo GT Mirage). I had to order it from the UK; there are no longer any US distributors. Even with shipping, it was a very good buy.

    Yep, she ran into that when she had to buy a face shield when hers got scratched. Had to be shipped from the UK, then she misplaced it and had to order another one. :biggrin:

    Cool thread Drewl!

    I wear a Shoei RF-900 Pascal Picotte with an orange mohawk on it when I ride my Jokermobile,girls wear the one with the pink mohawk when they ride with me. I'll also wear the Suomy Jurgen Van Der Goorbergh when I'm on my Jokermobile. I wear the Icon Domain2 Lucky 13 when I ride my RC51 or Ducati 900ss. I'll tie a black bandana around the lower half of my face and wear the HJC half helmet when I'm on my Ducati 900ss and feeling retro. [​IMG]

    Jay, I've been eyeing that white Exo, really like it..how do you like it? I tried on Scorpions but they REALLY mashed my cheeks together to the point of discomfort.
