I'm just pondering something and, being a little slow this morning I thought I'd get some opinions from you guys and gals.
I just bought a new RWB in London, Ontario (no. 006) when I went to look at it I was informed that one of the gus @ the dealer didn't set the sidestand right and it fell over:eek::eek::eek:!!@!! Before I blew a head gasket they told me that "new" parts were on the way, no repaints or repairs. Truthfully, it's minor ,scruffed decals on the red stripe, tiny upper faring and lower fairing and windshield scatches. The usual but they were replaced with brand new parts, cool.
I asked what they were doing with the old parts and they said they'd likely list them on ebay so I thought maybe I'd get em for spares, I can get the decals from honda and the scratches should polish out. So he said he take $275 for the upper and lower left fairing, windshield, and mirror.
Do you guys think it's worth it for me to have these kicking around or is that too much $$$. Just thought since they were RWB they'd be harder to match if I did have an OOPS moment.

well after market ones on E bay will run 500+ to 600 bucks
and will not be stock colors - dealer price for stock big $$$$$
I would call another dealer and price but sounds like a fair deal.

If it was me I wouldn't buy them, You'll get tired of moving them around. With my luck if I had spare left side plastic's i'd drop it on the right side!!!

Personally, Id jump on that, sounds like a screaming deal. As long as you have the space to store them.
