Hi. I got a PDF version of the 2007 VFR owner's manual at Honda Rider's Club of America There is a paid membership but I don't think you have to pay to get the owner's manual (but you do have to register). Not sure how far back the manuals go. Those manuals would probably be for U.S. spec; not sure if would cover your region. edit: Ah sorry I checked the site, they didn't have a PDF for 1998, only a link to order a printed copy.
