Any gen VFRs in northern CT/Central Mass area

So, is anyone going to tough it out today? The weather isn't as nice as forecasted.

 

went out sunday rt 112 to rt 2 mowhawk trail made it to Savoy then roads got wet and temp dropped to 36 degrees and figured best to turn around and stick to lower elevations.

well anyway the 12th is Easter and have to do the family thing so I'm in for the 19th.
so lets all reply on the 19th and see where we will go.

I'm 99% sure I'm in for the 19th. E Htfd sounds good to me. I'm less that 30 minutes north of Hartford, so if that works for others, sounds like a plan.

As for where to go I'm totally open. I agree time seems to fly so we should try to get some kind of plan going. Maybe we could get a place to hit up for lunch or something? Seems like good riding heading towards the western part of CT and MA if you guys want to head out that way maybe? I ride slab in my daily commute so some twisties would be a nice change!

Morning news said Sunday is looking nice, then rain Monday so hopefully it holds off! Where is everyone thinking about going Sunday? I know meeting is E Htfd was mentioned at some point. I'm good with whatever if anyone has a favorite route or somewhere in mind. I was looking at some spots this am and thought going out through the Berkshires might be good. Mohawk Trail maybe? Thought we could start tossing some ideas around and see what everyone thinks. Plus it helps me get my mind off work lol...

 

any place there is twistys and no stop lights is good for me!!!! I love scraping the pegs or sneeks what ever comes first!!
