So I go to my local Honda Dealer today planning on ordering some touch up paint for my Y2K. Parts guy says we don't deal with paint and won't order it. Point's to an aftermarket paint company and say's call them. Great service . So I've done some searches and have come up empty, two questions...
Source for Y-124P touchup paint OEM
    or other aftermarket....
I saw the post about Testor's 1169 but the final post says it dries 1/2 a shade light.
    Thanks in advance
    Mike

Did you check Motorcycle Paint :: Touch Up, Aerosol & Refinish Paint - ColorRite

Looks like they have it. You need a basecoat and a topcoat.

    Code:
Code Paint Name ColorRite Top ColorRite Base
    Y124P Pearl Shining Yellow 2613-2 1865-2
I found the touchup pens difficult to get good results with on scratches, esp when needing a base and a topcoat.

I'm not 100% sure, but I think that is the OEM touchup paint for Honda and several other makes. So if the dealer had it in stock I don't think it would be any less.
