I'm noticing that my 2000 VRF with 16K miles seem to have picked up a front end vibration. With the bike parked or moving, When the engine is running, the entire bike seems to vibrate. I don't know when this started, but I don't like it. Its not bad, but its noticable. Could I have busted an engine mount or something? Or a bushing go bad?

I'd vote for a throttle body sync.

+1 with Fizz and check all the engine mount bolts for proper torque.

well, oddly enough changing from Lucas Semi-Synthetic to stock Honda Dyno Oil lessened the Vibrations. I still have them, and it is incredibly annoying.
