Hi All: Well I just got the hyperpro spring combo kit for my 98 vf800i today. The part number on the box is SP-HO08 SSC 007 but the web site shows SP-HO08 SSC 001. I'm guessing the SP is for spring, the HO is Honda, the 08 is 800cc, the SSC identifies the combo kit but I have no idea about the last 3 numbers Has anyone run into this before or have words of wisdom? I left a message on their phone but don't expect to hear from them until Monday and I really, really, really wanted to get this done this weekend. Thanks Frank
hyperpro spring part number mystery solved I got a call from hyperpro this morning and found out the part number for th 1998 has changed. the original number had 001 as the last three digits, the new number changes it to 007. if yu order the old number they will substitute the new spring number.
