New guy from western Canada

hey great site!
just got a 05 vfr in silver, really excited to get out riding and meet some of the other riders in my area.
my old bike was an 82 honda cb 900f, i sold that to my mom,:thumbsup: shes gonna try and get her licence so she can ride with my Dad!

i also got two sets of riding gear ( mens and womens), so i believe i got a helluva deal

Welcome Trooper. Great site here. Lloyd Minster AB. What's the weather like there today? About +20 or so? LOL. If you ever get the chance to cross the COntinental Divide, give me a shout. Check out the "Member's Map" under the "Community" banner. You may find someone nearby to ride with.

I think me and my dad are making a trip through BC this summer some time, we are also driving back to Manitoba for two weeks nearer to the fall..
As for the weather its mild right now -19C, haha but its warmer than it has been. still two feet of snow to deal with.
