    Hello,
I am new to VFR World, although I have spent some time looking at posts.
I learned to ride almost four years ago and spent my first three years on a Honda Hawk GT. What a great little bike!! But I just couldn't ride more than about 100 miles on it, I need some wind protection. So last fall I upgraded to a 2006 VFR. I only got to ride it a few times before cold weather hit Ohio. Now I'm anxious to get out there again! (my heated vest should arrive this week, so it won't be long!)
Thanks for all the great info everyone puts on here!

Welcome Hawk. Congrats on picking up your 6th gen. Those black ones are super cool and just plain evil looking,I'm really liking it.

Welcome! I still have my Hawk GT which is my commuter and a 96' Viffer. You will really appreciate the smoothness of the V-4 and the extra wind protection. Did you sell the Hawk or hang on to it?
