Hey fellow viffer nuts. For the past 2 years I have been developing, testing, tuning, tweaking, designing, and re-designing my supercharger kit for '98-'01 VFR800s. I am proud to announce that, finally, we are ready to start selling kits.

Introducing the A&A Performance Supercharger Kit for 5th-gen VFR800s.

It is now possible to bolt-on 50-60% more power to your bike while keeping a stock appearance, without changing any major internals, and with the ability to perform the installation yourself. The rideabilty you currently enjoy is unchanged, and the power output will allow you to keep pace with brand new liter-bikes, should you feel so inclined. This is the real deal.

There are no disappointments with this kit; it is truly complete and the increase in performance will blow your mind. Also, keep in mind that a 6th-gen kit is coming up on the horizon.

Feel free to contact me with any questions you may have, or to place an order.

Wow that looks cool. I just saw the price, $5,500. That's 500 more than I bought for my bike  I tell you if I could win the lottery tomorrow I'd buy this.

That's neat! My only concern is using the turbo with the stock compression ratio with stock parts. Just wonder how long the rods/pistons will last.
Usually the cr is lowered when using turbo or sc.

Nice package though. Makes a real sleeper out of and VFR. I like that!

Please let me know when the kit for the 6th gen is available. This is exactly what I've been waiting for. I had a 1984 GPz 750 turbo a few years ago and that bike was a blast to ride even though it handled like crap.

Toro, if anyone other than you had posted this I would call BS. But you are a freaking legend in the world of VFRs. That is super cool that this is in production now.

Hey guys, thanks for the compliments.

I know there's a lot of interest in the 6th-gen, and plan on getting one in here ASAP once I start getting the 5th-gen kits out the door. I actually have a ZX10R kit coming and will have one for the GSXR1000 too -- I just have to ship some 5th-gen kits first.

If you have any questions that can't be answered by this page, feel free to call, email, or submit a reply in this thread.

Awesome job toro! Nice to see you finally have production kits ready to go, even if it is in the upper end of your pricing estimates. I'm sure the new airbox design and your crazy oil cooler didn't help out with the cost.

Looks great. For those of you who have a heart attack about the cost, remember that the supercharger itself is $2095[edit]. And toro did all the design specs and preproduction concept parts himself in his spare time... a lot has gone into making this project work for everyone.

p.s. Great Job on the website. Worth the wait!

$5500.00 you can buy a supercharger kit for a new 09 Ford Mustang for half that price! Besides my 99 VFR is 10 years old if I attach a a supercharger to it, it will probably blow the bike up! I mean my VFR is a tough bike but things age I mean it's 10 years old!

    Any thoughts on this guys!
