Was browsing today and saw this...what do you guys think of the new exhaust on the GSXR? I know the old ones were really controversial...

I don't know anyone in any area of motorsports who doesn't think dualies are cool. I think the 2009 looks cool and different, but I'd have to say it's totally a matter of preference.

I think duals are cool but those are ugly as hell

+1 for duals, but I'm not sure if I like the aggressively designed fenders with sharp edges combined with a big swooping curvy exhaust out of fricken no where.

I like both the old ones and the new ones. Wish someone made a sexy exhaust for the 5th Gen VFRs.

I think dual exhausts look cool, but as others have pointed out, those ones aren't the best looking. The bike is entirely origami inpsired with hard lines & creases yet the exhaust is a natural curve?

I do know if I was getting a 1000cc SS bike, the GSXR-1000 would be it. I don't give a flying rats butt if the CBR1000RR is faster, it is simply too freaking ugly for me to even remotely consider owning.

    KC-10 FE out...

wow, I am the only one that thinks duals are for trucks, not motorcycles? I just don't think they look good. I understand performance wise they may have a benefit, but they just look out of place.

I really like the smaller, hidden exhaust, like the ninja exhaust. Something thats doesn't make the exhaust stand out.

im all for twin cans, but those are terrible. I hope they make some nicer aftermarket ones...

I know how KC feels, but imho that exhaust on that bike makes the CBR look pretty. That being said, if it was a battle of front ends, the gixxer definitely wins.
