Parting out '84 VF500F

nevermind. doesent look like the airbox base will fit my bike.

 

Im thinking the faring isent going to fit. mine is a 86 vfr700f. these are what i would like.

Fuel pump.
Jet looking parts.
choke cable if it works free.

 

Thanks, my wife did a great job picking that ring out for me. I'll check on the choke cable after work today and get back with you. I know it worked at least partially because I used it when I drove the bike but I didn't check to see its condition.

I guess my pump was fine. it was a bad coil making it overheat.

Thats why it was running sparatacly as well.

 

Do you have a shipping # for me yet jprego? You said you would ship saturday and send me the #, paid but still waiting...

Off topic here - does anyone know where I can get a set cover like this? I really need one to match a white/red model.

 

What condition is the exhaust collector in? Any holes? How much? Would you post internationally?

 

How much for the motor. I mean crankcase and gearbox with all working internals. Dont need the carbs. Would like to have the cover but dont need them either really. would like it shipped to philly serious buyer. I could use this motor asap!!!. thanks
