Went hunting yesturday

Three of my dogs cornered and killed a rabbit in my yard this morning.

I'm in such a moral quandry.

Do I praise them?

Ohhhh the poor bunny, they've killed the rabbit.

Its not like I dont feed them, they get plenty of food.

So you are telling me that God created animals will kill other animals, even if it is not for food?

If you want to talk about immoral and self destruction of nature I've got a doozy for ya. We lost our spring bear hunt years ago due to an animal rights group complaining. And year or two ago the same group stumbled across a pit dug by the MNR (Ministry of Natural Resources) where they dumped all the "nuisance" bears they had to kill since the hunt got cancelled, over 200 confirmed skeletons. At least when we hunted them we ate the meat or did something with the animal, not dump it in a pit to rot. Like it or not we have become a method of population control for wild animals. We don't hunt, the animals still get killed but are not used for anything. And besides.. isn't keeping a "wild" animal as a pet immoral too??

 

they call them "life partners". that makes it ok to have them for pets.

 

In Georgia there is a law that says if you hit an animal while riding, er driving, you can take the animal home and eat it. Kind of gives a new meaning to the phrasel......drive around and find something to eat.......doesn't it.

Well, some so-called "wild" aminals are supremely happy as pampered pets, free from predator fears, with abundant high-quality food, a clean, dry, safe place to sleep with love and lots of kisses too ???? A small animal wants nothing more!! Nothing !!


I'll continue to keep "wild' pets, kiss, hug, snuggle and suck their little rodent feet 'till the AUTHORITIES come to pry them out of my cold, dead hands.......

Actually it seems that you are going a little overboard with lubing your chain. unless you do not have a sealed chain. My chain is sealed so I only need enough lube to keep it from oxidizing.
