yes, and I was hoping this subject wouldn't come up, as it's bound to have the hope and dreams of so many of you dashed and destroyed...

I've already talked to hawkman. His RWB was an ABS model, therefore the FIRST digits were different, but the LAST six were the same...

Therefore... It is quite possible for alot of you to have 'evil twins' in the form of ABS or non-ABS... Since everyone is only checking the last 6 there are different numbers in front of those 6 numbers associated with ABS and non-ABS...

Hello everyone! New to the forum. I just purchased 07 RWB non ABS here in colo and the dealer said there were four in the warehouse when I ordered mine. I'll check the vin and post again.

Just joined! 900638 RWB No ABS Bought new 9-13-08 Des Plaines Honda

 

As I posted earlier, purchased new 10-10-08, 901135 non-ABS.

 

I got mine on Oct 21....091 RWB. It is an ABS version, with only 7 miles on it when I got it. The dealer said it had been in a crate until a month ago.

I got a few pictures up on my profile and will soon have some more. After only a few days with her, and I couldn't be more happy. First big ride will be this Saturday.

 

last time I was out, the Honda dealer in Muscatine, Iowa still had one on the floor. Been a few months, so I don't know if it is still there or not.

 

Another one from Down Under. #48 but I noticed I have a "U" after the 46 and a "05" after the "M".

 

Got My Replacement 25th #0108 from a Eastcoast Warehouse The Begining of October it is Older by Number and Month Made than my First One! Kind of Weird How They are not Selling as they are Made!

P, that is a SERIOUS stable of machinery ya' got there in your signature. If that is all currently owned, can I hire on as your private mechanic?

 

I gotta' be honest on this one, I hated the RWB scheme from the first time I saw it and still don't like it.

I did some photoshop work a while back and came up with my preferred colors. I had a version with black wheels but this version was voted on by PARedVFRRider :biggrin:

Oh and please ignore the duplicated rear wheel, I got a little lazy at the end.
