Howdy - I'm in New Haven, CT... It's close enough to NYC that when someone says 'the city' everyone knows they're talking about New York.
I'm in the western part of NJ, straight out Route 80. But only about 50 miles to the city for me. Feel free to reach out; I'm still looking for folks to ride with.
ernwilli - I'm hoping to setup a ride out of central NJ up to OCC headquarters in Newburgh, NY sometime in July. Most likely on a Saturday. Probably have a meeting point up at the last rest stop on the GSP (Montvale) near Route 287/87. If you're interested, let me know! Steve
Hey, rustbucket, pliskin and javsst... Its good to know there are others out there... well as for a trip to OCC I'm in.. I've been to the shop on 17k a few times. Saturdays work best for me. I ride out to West Milford, NJ a few times a month to visit family. Some good back roads off 287. and also go to the poconos. looking forward to ride...
Northeast Pa. 60 mi. to the bridge. Ride every weekend. Got a crew from the"other" forum that get together or try to about once a month.
Hey guys. I'm in Central Jersey, near the Princeton Junction Train Station. I'm looking for other folks to ride with - that is if you are willing to wait for me - new-ish to riding and brand to my Viffer. And I'm still looking for good places to ride down this way.
Hey ernwilli, im in just over the bridge on the Queens side. Love to get some group riding but I dont think i will be able to this year. I've been very busy doing some house remodeling. Although i do head to the Bronx on a daily basis on the weekdays to work with my 06 for the most part. Maybe we will spot one another one of these days. Like pocono said, try looking in the other forum as well - they are a good bunch of guys, not that there isn't any here  See ya
EX New Yorker Hi New Yorkers. I live in Washigton State, But grew up in NYC, Broadway and 76th. Near the Beacon. Still love the Yankees. Hey ernwilly I went to school in Riverdale. Got my first motorcycle on west 57th in Manhattan. Forgot the name of the dealership. It was a '87 Yamaha Radian. I used to ride it up to Bear Mountain. I left in '88.Sometimes I miss New York, But I like living in WA. I hope you guys aren't too cold up there. I don't miss that cold wind off of the Atlantic. Cheers.
We were practically neighbors. I lived at 20 W. 64th St. (between Broadway and Central Park West) for a few years, but before you lived there. I loved living in NYC (pre-kids), but got transferred (several times). I still love the Yankees also, much to the dismay of my sons and daughter.
