Dreaming of course, let’s say money was not an object and you could only purchase 4 new motorcycles of any make and model what would they be?

    I’ll go first.
    1. Honda 09 VFR, These bikes are one of the best all around fun and comfortable bikes backed up with Honda quality and reliability.
    2. Yamaha 09 FJR For the long distance rides, I would want to stay as light weight as possible due to the fact I’m 5’11” 180lb but still want the slight sport ability for fun jaunts along the way. I have had nothing but good luck with the 3 Yamaha bikes I have owned.
    3. Kawasaki 09 KLR 650 Back to light weight and nimble, this bike would take me anywhere in this state with ease. I used to own a Suzuki 81 RM 125, this bike was a light and nimble as could be for the time with a butt load of power.
    4. The stretch, race bike or cruiser? I would have to go with a cruiser do to the fact of the constant pressure a race bike would put on my wrist from leaning into the handle bars:( HD 09 Rocker to me when it comes to cruiser, HD leads the pack when it comes down to the looks. What did I just say, buy a bike for looks?
    That’s my 09 line up, let’s see yours:rambo:

you know that's a good question one that haunts me too, but I think I have it down now.

But first I need to say I'm pretty sure a VFR1000 was on the top of the list, till now, well maybe, still is, sorta, but they best not wait to long I'm in a ripe mood for buying a new machine. back on topic.

    For those frisky weekends

For just getting around in fun style.

I'd like a red 98 VFR. A blue 03 YZ 450f, and a white DL 100 for the boy to ride, and my trusty little Tanaka 32 cc scooter. Oh wait... already have them...

4 bikes I wish I had? How bout 4 bikes I wish they made?

Well I love my Superhawk so I'll keep that. I love my VFR so I'll keep that too. My next 2 choices would be a Superduke R and either a SV650 or SV1000. I love twins! And not Ducatis!

    1. Either a Ducati 1098 or 848(wet clutch,not annoying)
    2. Kawasaki ZX14 - easily the most touring of the big bikes.
    3. Y2k jet bike, just kidding. Umm New V-ROD muscle.
    4. And last at a tiny 120,000 big ones. MV Agusta F4CC.

Now this is all assuming that I can still keep what I already have with the VFR.

Well, nothing that wasn't designed and built in this millenium, because I like modernity. I have a "classic" bike, and frankly its a PITA. Old school is . . . quaint and nostalgic, but it is less enjoyable to ride than my new bike. So . . .

    1. 2009 VFR (Touring)

    2. 2009 Duc Hypermotard (Lookout!)

    3. 2009 Duc Desmosedici (Careful!)

    4. 2009 KTM 690C (Whee!)

    1999 VFR800 - already have this one!
    1983 Honda CB1100F
    2009 H-D Road King
    Vincent Black Shadow

I know I listed 5 but I already have one of them. Plus, if I had the coin for #1 on the list, I could probably spring for the others!
