    New seat belt law

This becomes effective JAN 1, 2009, in ALL states.

The National Highway Safety Council has done extensive testing on a newly designed seat belt.

Results show that accidents can be reduced by as much as 45% when the belt is properly installed.

    Correct installation is illustrated below.......

Please pass on to family and friends.

THIS MAY HELP SAVE A LIFE!

Been in effect up year for a few years. it's all an insurance kick back and or plus revenue for the state, doesn't make me a better driver. what a waste and they call this a free country, only if you want to pay for it IMO. yea sounds like I'm a B*&&chin, LOL it's a free country right? sorta like the helmet law, don't need to have the government tell me whats good for me.
