so i got this bike last week rode it around and now its not getting fuel. i can get fuel to the pump but i cant get the pump to pump it. and im thinking bad pump but i did a flow test with it and when i do the jumper wire for the relay it will try to pump but if it is getting the gas from the tank for some reason it wont pump it... but if i put the end of it into the that goes to the tank it will flow withing the rating it should be... could the fuel switch for the tank be messed up or is it the pump. and yeas i tried to pump it form the tank with the jumper wire, it makes nosy but wont get gas out of it... and and when its not flowing gas i feel air coming out around one of the wires to power the pump. thanks for any help you can give me
It sounds like the diaphragm is bad. Go to the How To section of my site for details on how to fix that permanently.

thanks man i just read it. i will go and do that now. i tryed taking the spring out but it only would let the gas out if its not getting pulled out. thanks again man and il let you know if that works. i was on ur site the other night and it looks like a good one. i may be getting some parts in the coming months. thanks again
ya i have been ridding it all day today and it runs good. i also picked up a new fuel filter since it was really dirty. the only problum i had was that it was a pain to put back together and have the "o rings" set in there spot. i had just filed up the tank before it stopped running so i was working with a full tank but if it was empty than it would have been a lot easier. all in all it only took me 5 mins to get it off than i took my time cuting it than about 10 getting it back on and everything put back together. than you for the help. now to fix the little things lol. thanks again man
