i don't understand my power commander III...HELP!

HI FOLKS!
i've bought a power commander model pc 3 usb but i have a technical problem..
i'll try to explane despite my english..
the unit is ok ...... at least in connection to PC, in its functionality and "sending and receiving" maps.
The problem is that by linking the module "HUB" what allows you to connect additional features (I need to get the interrutore switching between two maps )...... is not recognized and "seen" from the unit !!!!!:unsure:
I did the upgrade "firmware" of the unit as indicated and downloaded the latest software version as indicated.:redface:
