How Many 2007 RWB Were Made?

The fiche for "Serial Numbers" at ServiceHonda.com shows the following:
JH2RC461*7M900001~ for Red Non-ABS '07
JH2RC466*7M900001~ for RWB Non-ABS '07
JH2RC464*7M900001~ for Red ABS '07
JH2RC468*7M900001~ for RWB ABS '07

which agrees with what Rouse posted and adds 464 as Red ABS (which I can confirm since I have a Red ABS bike that has 464 in the VIN). It doesn't show anything for 462, 463, 465, 467, 469 and 460 so I don't think they exist. The fiche doesn't say it's only for USA bikes, but if it actually is, I suppose those other numbers could be for non-USA bikes.

It leaves open the question as to whether the 900xxx frame numbers can be duplicated between bikes that have 461, 464, 466, and 468 earlier in the VIN. For the record, my red ABS bike is #097.

This one hasn't been sitting in the garage and unfortunately has some scratches to prove it at 14850 miles.

 

Wow, looks like I'm one of the ones at the top. I just got a RWB and the vin is 00004! Unfortunately I did the idiotic short stroke of the kickstand today and scratched the fairing a little and bend the clutch bar I haven't even had it for a week!

The damage is minimal, but I still hate myself.

 

Just got mine last month right out of the crate picked her up with 1 mile on the ODO 07 RWB number 00190

366 Here. Purchased from a Honda dealer in Bedford Pa on 8-15-08

 

RWB # 11 here (Canadian RWB w/ ABS). Picked it up in Tilbury, Ontario this June. I know they had it on the showroom floor for a long time. It must have been waiting for me. There's another RWB in Kitchener at K-W Honda. He wouldn't budge on the price so I went to Tilbury for $1000.00 less.

 

There is a RWB abs model at St. John's Honda for $9999.

The VIN ends in 311 and my birthday is 3/11...sounds like fate to me except that I just bought a 98 VFR with 15k miles on it and could barely talk the wife into that expense.

A Honda dealer in my area claims there are still 07 RWB in inventory.

 

I picked mine up on 08-08-08. RWB with ABS, number 900044.

 

From Australia, bought mine in Nov 2007 and mine is a bond bike too. #0072

This bike has not been real popular here in Adelaide SA and after nearly one year of riding still haven't come across the same bike.

Seems to be a lot more popular over there.

Yeah, the huge dealership in Chatanooga, TN., where I bought mine had like 5 or 6 left.... I bought their last abs model..... Felt like I got a fair deal at $10,250, but by the time I ordered the saddlebags, 5 year warranty, dealer fee and taxes, it was $12,000, which will buy a lot of other bikes too, but I feel it should hold its value better than a lot of other choices I could have made, and give an over-all lower cost of ownership.....
(It's not as if I'd ever sell it though,.... I REALLY like the bike!)
It seems they're not so exclusiive as I'd prefer, but never-the-less, I don't suppose I'll see many others at the stoplights in town..... It actually sort of surprises me that there are so many left unsold....
I guess opinions vary and it seems it's not for everyone, but I was smitten as soon as I saw it, and I'd had an 86' Magna, and I just like Honda's V4 powerplant.... Plus, it's a Honda.....
I was especially impressed when I installed the facory hard saddle bags, and everything lined-up beautifully, with exacting fit from side to side, etc....
I had a Harley go by me today with loud-ass straight pipes, and I just had to smile inside thinking my machine is so much more refined in every sense......
(Guess I've just never seen the attraction to them,.... Oh well, to each his own....)

Hi. Another new guy here. I got #900584, bought Sept. '07. Non ABS

 

I bought mine in June of 08' I saw one at Chicago Cycle but don't like them so I went to my Honda dealer and asked if they could order one and they said yes Honda still had some in stock at there US warehouse. I will have to now look at my VIN to see what number I am very curios now.

 

Just picked up mine from SimiHondaJoe's dealership yesterday. #1165
Only 66 miles and am already hating that I can't ride more...
