    hey gordo, check this out.

go to the top ,red, info bar (underneath VFR world logo).

    select VFR Info.

    select VFR Wiki

    select Body

    select colour codes

    select 6th gen

    select 2002.

currently listed as R157 italian red.(only colour listed for 2002)

here in NZ i have seen several 2002 gen 6 bikes in midnite blue metallic. I had a 2001 VTR 1000F in this same colour. But it appears to be quite a rare colour.

    cheers

    RT

    Red is the fastest color.

Hey Gordo -- long time no see!

As you'll see from the avatar, blue ones are by far the fastest! In fact I passed several red ones the other week...

    Mwa-ha-haaaaa!

    2002 and Blue.
Only colour to have, but Im a bit biased.
Bit like a camillion, depending on the light it can be almost black to violet...very nice!
As paul says, they are faster than red ones - bonus!
