I havent added any decals yet. I am looking at a custom job that says "White Knight" but other than that I wont be putting any others on it.. I have a PSP pic in the photo section of what it might look like.

It's your bike, put whatever you want on it. I have a little something on my bike to make it distinctive. I like it, that's all that matters. I wouldn't go overboard with graphics but I have even seen some of the tapeworks wings and even they look pretty good to me.

I've got a white 06 also and I've thought about getting the Tapeworks red Honda wing on it. But $300 for the kit may be a little steep and I don't trust myself to not fuck it up. I think a custom paint shop could do it for less.

In another life I owned a 91 CBR 600. It was all white with the red wing. Same concept and it looked great.

As far as the white 06 goes, how do you think a red Puig screen would look?

I was looking at tapeworks today to see what they had, but I haven't added anything myself. I agree with whomever said it's your bike, add what you want, though. I want to make it distinctly mine. Not that there are a thousand VFRs on the road, but I just like a little personalization. It's not just for harleys!

I'm thinking of putting the woody with checkered flags on mine somewhere.

Maybe running along the bottom. Dunno tho.

I've ordered metallic silver rim tape! Want to make that open face black wheel pop a little.

    Here's a quick photo-chop of what it'll look like.

You can check out my photos if you like...I had a Honda " wing " logo Deacl made at 3M Trimline and am quite happy with it. I'm sure many similar companies provide a similar product.

I'm on page to making it your bike...all is good if you like what you have..Red wing like the cbr600 on the white VFR would be Hot. I've been thinking about painting mine up like the 2000 red-white 929 but in reverse red bike white wing. all these ideas come to me.. I think I need another VFR to play with..

My last bike was a 94 VFR 600 and it had been down so when I bought it the plastics were blank canvases. I had a friend who was a pretty decent airbrusher, but he had limited exposure and no motorcycle experience. I gave him a sample of what I wanted and let him put his own spin on it. It turned out to be a dark bluish-purple base with black and white spatter in it giving it the illusion of a night sky almost then lots of red that looked like it was wet and being blown around by the wind. I got a lot of compliments on it. I even took off the wheels and had him paint them the same red to match. Then I had an upholstry guy cover the seat with a sparkly red that reminded me of the seat covers on the old banana seat bicycles. It definitely caught the eye. It was great then a few months later I dropped it when a dump truck turned in front of me no signal. I dove choosing the asphalt over the side of the truck then watched my bike slide all the way into his back tire. There went the front faring, lights, bracket, left fairing, fender...Anyway, I pieced it back slowly into riding condition from ebay then traded it for a Jeep Wrangler and sank my money into that for a few years. :)

The red bike with the white wing is what gave me the idea.

Being a big fan of "The Priest" I have planned a custom but subtle "Free Wheel Burnin" theme. Stay tuned for updated photos

Since when do I have to make a point? I was sharing a recollection regarding customization.
