I have an '06. My foot rides right on top of the rear brake lever and I would like to adjust it down, away from my foot just a little bit. I tried the search function but found nothing on the topic.

Please offer up some advice or point me in the right direction.

    Thanx,

    Gunzer

Hi Gunzer, if you look closely at the mechanism, you will see a small lock nut and an adjustment nut... the rest is simple.

well, unless you're 6ft4 and run outta adjustment.

There's a second adjuster on the mechanism that determines when the brake light activates. Make sure you adjust it too, or else you'll end up with the brake light permenantly on!
