Thats not a nut buster on his seat! THIS is a NUT BUSTER on a seat:

 

Oh, that is a strap with a quick disconnect for my tank bag. usually it is tucked under the seat when not in use.

 

Great to find this forum...new (to me) VFR this last week. This is my first, but I love it so far!
