Anyone know if there's any companies that make decal/wrap kits for the VFR800? Something like the Repsol or Konica Minolta team would be cool. I know you can buy the plastic kits on ebay for $600 +/- but a wrap should be cheaper.

Try Honda Decals, Superbike, Sportsbike Decals, Motorbike Decals, Insignia and Stickers. On their Honda Sponsor Kits page, I saw both teams (14 total), but they do not seem to have them specifically for the VFR. They do note that "You can easily adjust them to fit any other bike models." Most looked to be less than $100 (the Complete Honda Repsol Valencia Race Decal Kit 2003 Style was $159, with 47 decals.) Hope that helps.

There are currently (and have been for the past month or so) entire Repsol and Konica Minolta plastic kits on ebay for $400 + $230 s/h. Otherwise you might check out (Google) Tapeworks. If you see a Honda that has an after market large Wing graphic, chances are Tapeworks made it. Not sure if they make custom graphics but it's worth a shot. Likely that you'll get it for cheaper than a plastic kit. Of course, buy the plastic and use your current for the track.

Problem is that Tapeworks is working with Honda to get a license for the big wing kit. Right now its not available.

    From the Tapeworks website:

"HONDA-Currently awaiting Honda license renewal. The process has taken quite a bit longer than we anticipated and we currently don't have a date when all paperwork will be finalized. We suggest that you periodically check back with us on this page - as soon as the paperwork is finalized, the Honda page will be back. Sorry for the inconvenience.

The following kits (without Honda trademarks or logos) can be accessed by selecting the links below:"

Wow. Talk about a crappy selection. Lemme think...number plates or number plates....

Hopefully they get that all sorted out soon. One of the cooler VFR's I've seen was a silver VTEC with a black Tapeworks wing kit. Looked sweet.
