I saw a red 4th-gen between Scappoose and Vernonia this morning. Was it you? Did the ordinary wave, noticed it was a VFR, and meant to wave again, but it was gone.

Fun little road. Hope y'all had a good ride.

I've seen the same one a few times.... they never returned the wave to me though :frown:

Come out this way often howl? Scappoose/St Helens is my neck of the woods.

I'm from down in Portland, near Multnomah Village, so I don't get up to Scappoose often.

You're lucky to be up there -- it's a nice place. I rode out 6 to Tillamook this morning, and was tempted to ride up to Astoria on 101, but after a few miles behind an RV I snuck off onto Miami River Road and 53, and then dodged off 26 at Jewell Jct. to avoid even more RVs on 26. Eventually I ended up in Scappoose. Glad I changed my plans!
