Stupid Me...

BJ - Thank you so much for sharing. It is lessons like these that can somtimes get thru to people that have not learned them yet. As a kid, I too didn't wear all of the gear. This time around tho, no way am I leaving anything out. Kevlar jeans, textile coat, boots, gloves (always!), helmet, full-face.

I see people not geared up and and I don't judge, but I sure shiver thinking of what could happen.

Maybe by telling your story, you will save one person much pain and agony, or death.

Fix your bike, learn, and move on.
